You have a keen eye for important information. You seek out services for those in your community who have experienced a loved one’s death.
Maybe you see support groups in the newspaper. Perhaps you do an online search on the internet for bereavement support groups and services in your county and surrounding counties.
Sometimes they are sponsored by bereavement organizations, places of worship, hospitals, funeral homes.
You hear about workshops for grieving children, teens, young adults and families or for professionals on this subject. You might even read an article about a new organization which meets the needs of grieving children and families.
And you gather this information and send it via email so we can include in our online resources.
The Foundation for Grieving Children, Inc. is the first national non-profit public charity which raises funds for the benefit of children, teens and young adults who have experienced a loved one’s death, regardless how their loved one died or was killed.
